How to stay sane (and healthy) while staying mostly indoors
I’ve been dipping in and out of more than my usual anxiety and it is starting to feel like a new normal.
Like many others, it’s a result of worrying about loved ones, the isolation of working from home, being alone (and in a new country, too), and the never-ending deluge of COVID-19 news that.
Staying positive and taking care of our selves is more important than ever, and fortunately the forces of human goodness that is in this world has given us many aids. I’ll try to sum my favourite ones up here:
