New year, new decade, new cIty

If the 2000s were about beginnings, then the 2010s were about building upon it and adapting to major changes. For me, it was the rise of digital journalism, the decline of publishers and the digitalization of advertising. At every step of the way, I’ve managed to stay ahead of the curve, thankfully.

There have been many challenges and triumphs, all of which have shaped me. What I’ve learnt — environments and circumstances may change, but the strong relationships and friendships I’ve built, and the skills I’ve honed, will stay (and slay) the course. 

It wasn’t deliberate, but like previous starts to my decades, I begin this new one in a new city — Hong Kong. Change is not always seamless, but I have a good feeling about this city, already.
